Geoff Keighley promises plenty of major franchise announcements for this week
, by Thibaut
This crazy week has only just begun, as the coming days will bring us their share of announcements and big releases. The Switch 2 lands on June 5, and Summer Game Fest takes over the next day.
Geoff Keighley, the event's creator, mentioned all this in a message posted on X. Of course, the Canadian producer and presenter didn't fail to tease the presentations taking place soon enough.
"Big week ahead for the entire video game industry."
"A new console launch, and lots of video game news across many digital shows and events."
"You'll get lots of big franchise news, but also pay attention to the smaller games/studios - so many new teams are doing stunning work."
