Sega Football Club Champions 2025 has been announced for PlayStation, mobile and PC

A new football game will soon be coming to PS4, PS5, PC, iOS and Android. We're talking about Sega Football Club Champions 2025, a free-to-play game coming to those platforms at a date as yet unknown.

According to the Japanese publisher, the title is "powered by Football Manager" since it is first and foremost a management game. It is based on the SakaTsuku franchise, which is being brought to the West for the second time in its history. It was previously almost totally exclusive to the Japanese market.

"Sega Football Club Champions is SEGA's latest multiplatform soccer management simulator. Play for free! Start with a small club competing locally, then try to conquer the world."

The game will feature 10,000 real footballers, including 1,500 from the Japanese J1-J3 leagues. The English team Manchester City will also feature. Players will enjoy a comprehensive career mode and a “Dream Team” mode with PvP matches.

Registration for the closed beta, which runs from June 19 to 30, 2025, is now open. Initially, just 15,000 places will be available.
