A big Halo announcement could take place in October

For some time now, Xbox has been silent on the subject of its flagship franchise. Since the lukewarm launch of Halo Infinite, the franchise hasn't make it in the news...

However, Rebs Gaming reports in a YouTube video that a major announcement will take place in October, at the Halo World Championship event. This comes from a Halo Studios employee who spoke to a fan.

The announcement in question could concern a new game and wouldn't be related to Halo Infinite. It should be remembered that future releases will run on Unreal Engine 5. What's more, there could be something relating Halo at the Xbox Games Showcase on June 8. The license is also due for release on PS5 and Switch 2.
