Apple will launch its own gaming app next month

This week, Apple announced the acquisition of RAC7, its first development studio. This acquisition could end up being just the cornestone of a larger project.
According to Bloomberg, Apple is preparing to roll out its own gaming application, which will centralize the gamer's experience. It will feature success stories, rankings and various communication tools. The app's official launch is scheduled for the Worldwide Developers Conference on June 9.
The application will replace Game Center and directly integrate Apple Arcade, and feature editorial content.
