Patch 1.3 for Frostpunk 2 introduces a new free map

Update 1.3 for Frostpunk 2 is now available on PC and comes with plenty of new content.

Among the major additions is a brand-new map, The Pit, described as "a distinctive "proto-crater" pit counted as mountain terrain, built around the remnants of a failed Generator project". It can be accessed via the Utopia Builder mode as a starting location or a Frostland colonization site, with gameplay variations.

Added to this is the arrival of new quests with unique scenarios in Tales from the Frostland. The heating system has been redesigned, and the Serenity is finally here for all those looking for a more relaxed gaming experience. Finally, the Frostkit 1.0 tool for mods has just been released from its beta phase.
