Two months after release, the RX 9070 XT is still nowhere to be found at recommended retail price

Two months after the launch of the RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT, you still can't found these at MSRP.
At the time of launch, AMD had concentrated a large part of its stock at MicroCenter in the USA, with units sold at the official price. This stock quickly ran out, and since then there has been no equivalent restocking.
According to ComputerBase, the cards have been off the market for over eight weeks at their original price. The rebate system put in place at the outset created tensions in the distribution chain, which have not been corrected since.
AMD's Frank Azor had indicated that efforts were underway with partners to encourage MSRP sales, but there's no improvement in sight.
