A former Rockstar dev says GTA VI doesn't need a second trailer

The whole world is desperately waiting for anything GTA VI-related. Alas, Rockstar Games has decided to keep quiet, and the game being delayed seems likelier by the minute. But for Obbe Vermeij, a former developer who left Rockstar in 2008, there's no need to worry.

In his opinion, the sixth game in the franchise doesn't need a second trailer. He believes that the hype is enough, and that "the surprise effect will make the release an even bigger event". It should be pointed out that this is Vermeij's personal opinion, and that he has stated that he has no official information.

Add to this the fact that GTA IV celebrates its 17th anniversary this week.
