Indeed, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is, at the time of writing, the highest-rated game of 2025. With a Metacritic average of 92%, it is ahead of Blue Prince (92%), Split Fiction (91%), The Talos Principle: Reawakened (90%) and Kingdom Come: Deliverance II (88%).
