Forza Horizon 5 looks great on both the PS5 and PS5 Pro

The Digital Foundry YouTube channel has reviewed the PS5 version of Forza Horizon 5, due for release on April 29. And if this analysis is anything to go by, Panic Button's port is a great one, to say the least.
On the base PS5, Playground Games' title has a 30 FPS Quality mode, which of course boasts a higher level of detail than the 60 FPS Performance mode. It's got denser vegetation and greater viewing distance. In both cases, framerate remains stable. We'll simply note the imposing save file, which takes up 2.15 GB on the console.
As far as the PS5 Pro is concerned, the Performance mode boasts graphics almost identical in every respect to that of the Quality mode on the base PS5, but in 60 FPS and native 4K. By favoring graphics on PS5 Pro, the game will run at 30 FPS and have ray tracing on vehicles while playing. However, this function is dispensable and doesn't add much in the way of visual impact. Note that in Quality mode on PS5 Pro, a bug causes the game to crash when opening photo mode. Let's hope for a fix by launch.
