The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered features English voices only

Compared to the original, launched in 2006, Oblivion Remastered has a major audio problem. For the time being, this new version only features English voices.
While interface texts and subtitles are obviously translated, this is not the case for dialogues. It should be noted, however, that many new lines have been recorded for the purposes of the remaster, and that each race (Imperials, Redguards, Nordics, Bretons...) now has from unique voices.
We also assume that it's because of the addition of these new dialogues that other languages are not supported.
