The RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti will feature GDDR7 memory and a 128-bit memory bus

Shipping notes confirm that NVIDIA's RTX 5060 and 5060 Ti graphics cards will use GDDR7 memory with a 128-bit memory bus. These models are based on the PG152 card and GB206 GPU.

The references listed, PG152 SKU 25 and SKU 10, correspond to GDDR7 variants with the same memory bus, which means that the RTX 50 generation does not alter the memory interface compared with the previous generation.

The switch to GDDR7 does, however, boost bandwidth to 448 GB/s, a 55% increase over the GDDR6 used previously. NVIDIA could announce the RTX 5060 series as early as next week.
