A CPU-Z report reveals CPU and GPU trends for Q1 2025

According to CPU-Z reports for Q1 2025, 8-core processors are becoming the norm, with a 32.6% annual increase in market share. AMD's Ryzen 7 9800X3D has been identified as the main driver of this trend.
In terms of manufacturers, Intel remains in the majority with 56.3%, but down 10% year-on-year. Conversely, AMD is up 16.6% to 43.7% of the market.
On the GPU front, NVIDIA lost 6.4% market share in one year to 67.9%. AMD gained 16.6% to reach 31.1%, while Intel, with 0.7% of the GPU market, posted an annual increase of 27%.
