Following its latest trailer, some players accuse Unrecord of being fake

Last week, the FPS Unrecord caused a sensation thanks to an absolutely stunning gameplay video. Indeed, the game from French studio DRAMA opts for an impressive photorealistic rendering. But this realism is a double-edged sword because many internet users then wondered if this new license was just a "fake".
In order to counter these accusations, Alexandre Spindler, the co-director of Unrecord, shared a video that shows the famous gameplay sequence in the Unreal Engine software. The main interested party also added that "Many doubts have been expressed about the authenticity of the gameplay [...] The game is developed on Unreal Engine 5, and the game sequences are captured from an executable and played using a keyboard and mouse".
Spindler also clarifies that this is not a VR game and that Unrecord is very real!
