Intel launches the Core Ultra 200H(X) Arrow Lake for laptops

Intel has presented the Core Ultra 200H and 200HX processors at an event in China today, all without parallel communication via its international networks. These models had already been presented at CES 2025.

The performance figures announced remain similar to those already published in January, with a few additions. Intel claims a 40% gain in energy efficiency over the previous generation.

When it comes to gaming (including Counter-Strike 2), the Core Ultra 9 275HX is said to achieve 108% of the performance of the Core i9-14900HX at 125 W. Gains are estimated at +10% in single-core mode and +19% in multi-core mode.

Intel also presented an SDK called AI Game Assistant, aimed at game developers. It enables the integrated NPU to be used to provide in-game assistance, via text or voice, to guide the player.

This processing would take place directly on the NPU, to relieve the burden on other components.
