Marvel Cosmic Invasion, an arcade beat 'em up, is coming to 2025 on consoles and PC

Superhero video games have a bright future ahead of them! We got to see the first images of Marvel Cosmic Invasion during the latest Nintendo Direct.

This beat'em up has a retro aesthetic, with pixel art graphics and devastating combos to be achieved with the 15 Marvel heroes in its roster. Nova, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Phyla-Vell, Captain America and many more are included in the cast.

We'll be able to choose two heroes at the start of each level, and alternate between characters thanks to the Cosmic Swap function, which should bring a more tactical dimension to confrontations. Local and online multiplayer is also included.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion will be released in 2025 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
