Rocksteady's next Batman game will run on Unreal Engine 5

Over the past few weeks, there have been plenty of rumors about the development of a new Batman at Rocksteady Studios, and the British studio responsible for the Arkham trilogy is in the midst of a recruitment drive.

A job offer published on the Warner Bros. website reveals an interesting detail. The position of “Senior Core Engine Programmer” requires experience with Unreal Engine 5, which means that the next Batman will use Epic Games' engine.

This is not surprising, since Rocksteady's other games already ran on previous versions of the Unreal Engine.
