Assassin's Creed Shadows is the second-best launch of the franchise

Ubisoft's bet with Assassin's Creed Shadows seems to be paying off. The French company needed a major success to turn its fortunes around, and this is being confirmed day by day.
According to data gathered by insider Tom Henderson, Assassin's Creed Shadows is the second best launch of the saga. It reached one million players in 24 hours, then 2 million in 48 hours.
However, Assassin's Creed Valhalla remains far ahead, with 2.55 million players in one day and 8 million in one month. According to Henderson's projections, Shadows should soon reach 3 million users and 6 million by the end of the month.
Of course, it's important to note that we're not talking about direct sales.
