FBC: Firebreak won't have battle passes, temporary events or any content blockers

For its first cooperative game, Remedy Entertainment has decided to go for a No Man's Sky-style approach. FBC: Firebreak will do everything in its power to win over players.

First of all, this Control spin-off will have no Battle Passes. All users will be on an equal footing, and will be able to unlock content simply by playing. In addition, there will be no time-limited events, and free updates with new content will be rolled out regularly.

What's more, you won't have to log in every day to avoid missing out on rewards. Finally, there will be no blocking if someone refuses to buy DLC or an expansion.

As if that weren't enough, FBC: Firebreak will be included in Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra when it launches this summer.
