Pokémon TCG Pocket will change its trading system in late autumn 2025

The trading function of Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, highly controversial since its launch, will be completely overhauled this year.
From late autumn 2025, Trade Tokens will be completely gone. Instead, you'll have to use Shinedust, which players have been able to accumulate since the game's launch. For the time being, it is used to obtain decorative effects on cards obtained in multiple copies.
More Shinedust will be granted each time a booster containing a duplicate card (or more) is opened. Trading tokens will be automatically converted to powder when the system is changed.
Finally, it should be noted that this new way of exchanging will only concern cards ranging from three to four diamonds, as well as those with a star. The change will not apply to one- and two-diamond card exchanges.
