Here's some very brief information about Bungie's upcoming game

It's been over a decade since Bungie has offered anything outside of Destiny. And while the American firm's multiplayer FPS still has a large community, many players are eagerly awaiting a new IP. Precisely, the studio is currently working on another game that remains very mysterious as we write these lines.
According to the latest rumors, this title would be codenamed Matter. It would be a third-person game designed using the Bungie Engine. Additionally, if Sony acquired the studio in January 2022, this production should not be exclusive to the PlayStation 5.
