New FCC listing reveals more about the Switch 2
, by Quentin
Filings with the FCC reveal that the Switch 2 will support NFC via the right Joy-Con, confirming compatibility with Amiibo. The console will feature a second USB-C port on the top and support Wi-Fi 6, offering higher bandwidth than the first Switch.
The documents also mention a 15V AC adapter, as on the current Switch, as well as a 20V model, leaving uncertainty about power in docked mode. A previous leak suggested that the dock would require a more powerful adapter.
