Banned Fortnite cheaters will get a second chance starting April

Epic Games is going to show mercy to players caught red-handed! Cheaters who have been caught once will now have a chance to redeem themselves.

Starting this April, users who have been banned for more than a year will be able to resume online battles. For their part, cheaters who have been caught during tournaments will no longer be able to take part in competitive events, but will be able to return to matchmaking.

In April 2025, the banning policy for cheaters will change. Initially, the offender will be banned for one year. In the event of a repeat offence, they will be banned for life. Permanently banned players who sell cheating solutions or fail to comply with other rules will not be given a second chance.
