The Nintendo Switch vouchers can't be used for Switch 2 games
, by Thibaut
Subs to Nintendo Switch Online have plenty of benefits, such as online gaming, access to emulators and exclusive offers. That said, one of those great discounts won't work with the games from the company's next console.
In its FAQ, the Japanese company states that Nintendo Switch game vouchers will not work for games exclusive to Switch 2. These vouchers let players to select and keep two Switch titles from a wide selection by the publisher, for a fee of around one hundred euros. Quite the attractive offer, really.
We have also learned that My Nintendo gold points will be discontinued from March 25. Once this date has passed, you will no longer get any points. That said, those already obtained will remain usable for a period of 12 months once they've been redemeed.
