According to an insider, the RTX 5070 could be pushed back to March

According to the sources of the insider MEGAsizeGPU, the RTX 5070 may end up releasing at the beginning of March. NVIDIA didn't include this model in the embargo details shared with its partners, unlike RTX 5070 Ti, which is scheduled for testing and launch on February 19 and 20.

Officially, NVIDIA had announced the simultaneous release of the RTX 5070 and 5070 Ti. However, the absence of product data sheets from retailers and official confirmations is causing some doubts. This delay could be linked to logistical issues or a strategy to counter AMD, which recently confirmed the arrival of its Radeon RX 9070 in March.

AMD did not say why the launch of its RDNA4 cards was postponed until after January 23, but some statements suggest that the company was waiting for NVIDIA's announcements. Its change of nomenclature and the pricing positioning seem to indicate a desire to compete directly with the RTX 5070. AMD can still adjust its schedule without constraint, while NVIDIA will have to clarify the situation and officialize a new date if this ends up being confirmed.
