GTA V has sold 210 million copies and Red Dead Redemption 2 70 million

Take-Two Interactive has reviewed its financial results for the latest quarter this week. What's more, the American company also reminded us that GTA VI is coming out.

But it was also the opportunity to take stock of game sales. For example, Grand Theft Auto V has passed the 210 million units sold mark worldwide since its launch in September 2013. As a whole, the license has sold 440 million games since 1997.

The Red Dead franchise has reached 95 million sales, including 70 million for Red Dead Redemption 2 alone (released in October 2018), which means that it sold 9 million games in 2024 alone.
