Microsoft is the publisher that generated the most dollars this past December

According to data collected by Amepre, Microsoft won this December when it comes to video games. The American company generated $465 million total thanks to its titles.
This is largely due to sales of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the best-selling game during this period. It's only logical that Activision Blizzard's titles have boosted Microsoft's results since the takeover.
What's more, 64% of consumer spending on Microsoft games was recorded on PlayStation, once again because of Call of Duty.
Ampere points out that EA came second, with$366 million generated largely by EA Sports FC 25. On December 25, more than 20 million hours of Call of Duty were played. Meanwhile,Fortnite reached 30 million hours on that day alone too.
