A mod lets you use AMD's FSR 3 on the Steam Deck

A new mod for Steam Deck, the Decky Framegen Plugin, lets you use AMD's FSR 3 in games supporting NVIDIA DLSS 3. This plugin replaces the DLSS DLL with the FSR 3.1 DLL, making AMD's technology availaible on the console.

Thanks to this mod, you can squeeze a better performance for games such as Black Myth: Wukong, Final Fantasy XVI, Hogwarts Legacy and The Witcher 3, although there are a few visual bugs in some titles. That said, games running at less than 30 FPS may not get the most out of it due to the increased lag.
