Phantom Blade Zero's main story takes around 30 hours to complete

Chinese studio S-Game recently gave a few interviews to promote Phantom Blade Zero. Even if it still has no release date, we do know that this Soulslike game will feature plenty of content.

It will take around 30 hours to complete the main quest, and another 30-35 for all the side-objectives. The game will feature four difficulty modes (easy, medium, hard and really hard), as well as a replay mode for already defeated bosses. We'll have around 30 main weapons and 20 secondary ones.

In terms of gameplay, most bosses will feature several phases, and if you are defeated let's say during the second phase, you'll get to start again at the beginning of this one, rather than doing it all over again.

The development team is made up of over 100 people, and approximately 200 million yuan (26.2 million euros) has been spent since the project began in 2022. This figure is set to double by the time the game comes out.
