SEGA may soon bring back Skies of Arcadia
, by Thibaut
With the current trend of bringing back dormant IPs, it comes as no surprise to learn of the return of an old RPG published by SEGA.
Indeed, the Japanese company has registered the trademarks Skies of Arcadia and Eternal Arcadia in Japan. Both names are for the same game, with the former being used in the West and the latter in the land of the rising sun.
Skies of Arcadia was originally released in October 2000 on the Dreamcast, and then got ported to the GameCube in December 2002 with an improved version called *Skies of Arcadia Legends. So far, SEGA's turn-based RPG has never been remastered.
