It's a small and almost unexpected success story that Milestone is currently experiencing. In September 2021, the Italian studio released Hot Wheels Unleashed on consoles and PC. It's a racing game with arcade gameplay that emphasizes community dimension. Indeed, players have access to many tools that allow them to create their own circuits.
This aspect has evidently pleased players as Hot Wheels Unleashed has sold over 2 million copies. In total, 350,000 original circuits have been created by the community, and one million custom liveries have been produced.
