A new entry in a "legendary Japanese IP" will be announced at Xbox Developer Direct

The next Xbox Developer Direct is fast approaching! The American company will be holding its event on January 23, and the program looks packed.
In addition to DOOM: The Dark Ages, South of Midnight and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, a fourth mystery game will be there, and we've learned a bit more about it thanks to insider and journalist Jez Corden.
Without giving any names, Corden stated that this is "a new entry in a legendary Japanese IP which has decades of history, and should make a lot of fans happy".
So much for speculation. Is it Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Dragon Quest, Persona, or perhaps something else? It's hard to say at the moment. We'll have to wait a good week to find out.
