It seems Nintendo's lawyers visited Genki's booth at CES 2025 because of the Switch 2

CES 2025 is now over. On the gaming side, the show was marked by rumors surrounding the Switch 2. Genki, a brand specialized in accesories, showed a 3D replica of the long-awaited console on site.
As a result, there are plenty of photos and videos making the rounds of this non-functional model. Genki claims to have the real machine in its possession, all while stating that the replica follows the console's true design.
According to French journalist Julien Tellouck, who visited Genki at CES, Nintendo's lawyers visited the site to pressure on the brand, though it didn't work. The accesories brand claims not to have signed any NDA with the Japanese company, and if this is indeed the case, it would not be subject to any legal concerns.
In any case, if Nintendo's lawyers were indeed there, it could give credence to what Genki was able to show... But this could be just a bluff.
