Is the arrival of the Ubisoft+ subscription service on Xbox imminent?
, by Thibaut
In September 2019, the French publisher launched a new subscription service called Uplay+. It would later be renamed Ubisoft+ a year later and deployed within the Amazon Luna, the now-defunct Google Stadia, or even PlayStation ecosystems. Despite being announced for Xbox machines by the end of 2022, the popular service has yet to show any signs of life on Microsoft consoles.
Fortunately, this should soon change as Windows Central journalist Jez Corden has stated that the arrival of Ubisoft+ on Xbox is "imminent". By spending around fifteen euros per month, subscribers can play over a hundred Ubisoft games. The catalog includes hits such as Far Cry 6, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, The Settlers: New Allies, and The Division 2.
